Hi Joshua, hope you are well. I know it is already Shabbos in Israel. We just wanted to say we love you and miss you.
I an enrolled in facebook but am having problems pulling up your Jordon pictures. I have followed all the rules to no avail. I am still trying.
We are all fine, except Ariella has been home with a virus? we don’t exactly know, but she will be leaving for school on Sunday.
We hope to see her before she returns to FSU.
I am taking (or failing) whichever you prefer – a Hebrew, (Ivit) course Sylvia (Sema) Lubliner is teaching at the JJC on Wed. evening. I am trying , but am lost, she is teaching script, I am only used to trying to learn from the prayer book we use. I am not quitting, but it is difficult. Sylvia is my neighbor and is going to help me this Sunday afternoon. Our loose leaf notebook is 100 pages. Oye Vey — I’ll never make it, but I wanted to do this for you. We are learning all 22 hebrew letters and the transliteration. I don’t have spellcheck while writing this , so please forgive. That means, as you well know, being able to say, “I am sitting in the chair” or I have fallen off the chair”. Looking at the words and knowing what they mean, sun – moon – food- you get the picture. I AM NOT GIVING UP. The JCC raffle for the Day School is Sunday, we are attending, haven’t since you and Ariella have been enrolled, but it helps children who cannot afford to attend the school. Take care of yourself, be careful and alert, you are the love of our lives, you and Ariella and Mom & Dad. Uncle Marty is in rehearsal for the Springsteen tour starting in March. He is a rocket scientist, doing all the programming for the keyboardists to play with the orchestra backup. Don’t ask. I simply do not understand any of the above.
